At present afterward reading amazons render policies(I am certain someone knows more than about this than I do) It would seem that If I practice non want to pay whatsoever shipping/restocking fees I will need to say either, the clarification on the product does not match the item or this particular is lacking. However I did more reading and if you lot put downwards lacking particular and they exam it and find goose egg incorrect, they tin can charge extra restocking fees.
And so my idea was to either say that the particular does not fit the item clarification then type in the box below, that the battery life does non last 12 hours fifty-fifty if I merely go out the screen on.. At max it volition last 5 hours with the screen being left on. (which is true.) Or I could say it is lacking, and requite them some bullshit well-nigh, 'the screen froze upward after 6+ hours of use and merely subsequently a week of having it. Today I was trying to practise my work with this laptop(for which I bought information technology) and it blueish screened subsequently 7 hours and close off. I cannot rely on this product.'
What do you guys think? Have whatever ameliorate options or know more about this then I do? A shipping + restocking fee could cost me around 50 to 100 dollars.

I've never seen annihilation stating 14 days rather than 30 days.
But...outside of that range, information technology is between you an the manufacturer.
"I don't like information technology" may non qualify. Lying about why leads to farther charges...shipping both ways.
